Need help with a form that won't submit.

The form is found here: https://www.prestigessi.com/employee-tools/time-sheet-updated/

You do need to log in so I have a temp user/pass setup

user: formssupport

pass: Xj1cJyXuF5

At first I had a lot of required fields but I removed all the required off them thinking it didn't like any of them. And when I submit, It just shows the error and does not reload the form showing what the issue is.

#1 - How do I get the form to show up (I have checked "Show the form with the confirmation message")

#2 - How do I find out where the error is?!

This is driving me crazy because I know it's going to be something stupid I am missing.

I do have 4 fields doing calculations, as it's a time sheet, two of them will calculate negative numbers unless the employee has overtime. (I wish I could do something to the regular time field to stop that calculating at 40 hours, but I haven't tried messing with the code like this website suggests. I'm a little leary about messing with the code itself.)

Anyone who can help, it would be much appreciated. I was hoping to get this up this weekend but looks like I'll be using the old form for one more pay period.

You have an error in the form's jQuery: ReferenceError: frmFrontForm is not defined

You can see this is you use your browser's built-in inspect tool and view the console. Make sure you are using the latest copy of Formidable.

This error is coming seems to indicate a problem with Formidable itself. It is preventing the page from executing properly. It is also an indication that there is another issue that is happening before the message displays. This requires a deeper level of troubleshooting than can be provided by viewing the front end, for example, viewing the Ajax results, PHP variable values, etc.

I would first open a support ticket with Formidable. We are community volunteers with no affiliation to Formidable's support team. We're just users like you trying to help out others. If the Formidable support team can't help you, I suggest you hire a developer.
