Not all emails going through
We are using WP 4.7.3 & Formidable Pro 2.03.04.
We are using Divi with a Child Theme. The site has been active for a few months now.
Thankfully, Formidable Pro captures all leads on the website. The customer was commenting that his leads have been going down and this is the busy season. When I logged into the wp-admin, I noticed there were 7 leads. However, only 5 went through to the customer's email. We have found 2 leads which did not go to the customer's email in the last week. However, 5 leads went through. So where did the other 2 go?
I've checked spam and other hiding places for the leads. I filled out the form and within minutes, it went to the customers inbox.
Any suggestions?
Thank you.

Hi Michelle – A key thing to check with form transmission issues, especially if your form is on a different domain than the one used by the email that sends it, is your SPF and DKIM files.
As an example, if the form is located on thisdomain.com and the email sending the form is on thatdomain.com, then an SPF file needs to be created and added to your thisdomain.com DNS zone records to ensure deliverability.
You can check whether there is an SPF file for your domain here: https://mxtoolbox.com/spf.aspx, and learn more about both SPF and DKIM here: https://blog.woodpecker.co/cold-email/spf-dkim/
