"Nothing Happens on Submit" but only for some?

We're getting reports from some folks that when they hit submit nothing happens. I've tested the form on multiple devices and haven't run into this problem so I'm at a loss on where to even begin fixing this problem. It's supposed to redirect to PayPal for payment upon submit.

It seems to only be happening for chrome users

Use the Chrome dev tools and check the console for any errors.
