Hello,

How is a number stored in the database? I need to know how the decimals are stored and what character is used for the delimeter. I also want to know if this can be modified.

All form fields are stored as text in the frm_item_metas table. Each form field has its own row in the table.

Number formats are driven by the WordPress defaults for your location.
