Order radio buttons

I have a form with radio buttons and I can't for the life of me figure out how to re-order them. The options are cities and are in alphabetical order, except for the last one (Denver) since I newly added it by clicking "Add Option" - see screenshot. How do I move Denver up on the list? Clicking and dragging doesn't do anything.

Unfortunately, there is no drag & drop. You can click on "Bulk Edit Options", reorder there and Save.
