Prevent form from Submitting if two Repeating Fields have same value

Hello,

I would appreciate solutions  for this issue.

I have a form with a repeating section which has a text lookup field called Book Number. If someone adds a row to the repeating section, and enters the same book number in both rows, is there a way to prevent the form from being submitted ?
