Registration Add-on to SendGrid

Thanks for a great plugin. I've been a Pro and Regisration Add-on user for several years and recently have a need I cannot find an answer to.

Using the "Registration Add-on", I'd also like to also enroll new WP subscribers into a clients SendGrid email system. I have used the Mailchimp add-on for this for other clients, but need sendgrid for this one.

I scanned the Zapier product but it doesn't look like it supports new user registration as one of it's hooks.

Q: Has anyone integrated the registration system with SendGrid? If so, any tips are appreciated.
