Registration No Longer Working Properly
Hi,
We use Formidable Pro and the Registration add-on in multiple forms. Recently, the registration add-on stopped working as it had been previously. The flow was that users would register via a simple registration form. Upon submission, they were redirected to a longer application. On that application, we created a hidden field called "Client ID" and filled it with [user_id]. In the settings on the application form, we used the registration settings as shown in the image below. Sometime during the day on Friday, Dec 1st, neither the client_id or the program_type user meta is being created upon submission. This appears to be true on multiple forms where we use similar functions. It's important to note that our host WP Engine updated to WP 4.8.4 during the day on Friday, Dec 1st.
Please let me know if there is any help you can give.
Thanks!
Robin

I saw something similar today on my site. I had a user sign up for access to my training videos and the registration notice came through without a name or email address. However, when I reviewed the user list, the record had been created correctly. The user will be able to login.
I don't think this is a serious issue since it appears to be limited to the notification that comes from WordPress, but I suggest opening a ticket with Formidable support. I have a lot of paid work on my plate right now and it could take days before I have the time to troubleshoot this further. Maybe another community volunteer may have the time to help and look into this for you, but the quickest way to an answer is through the Formidable support team.

try creating another form action email with those fields and see if it sends them
