As soon as I receive a contact form from a customer, I would like to answer this customer directly, but I now have to enter his e-mail address manually. But how can I set it so that as soon as I want to reply the e-mail address is visible as a standard.

So, you have a contact form where the visitor fills out his/her email address and message? If so, create two form actions, one that sends an auto-responder email to the visitor who left the message (i.e. "Thank you for contacting us, we will reply to your message soon") and another email that is sent to you, which has the "reply-to" field populated with the email address the visitor entered. When you get this email, you simply need to click "reply".
