Saving registered users forms for later use

my Clients submit forms with up to 50 students, it’s for custom dance wear, and I would like to know how registered users on my site can save their submitted forms for later use. In other words so they don’t have to fill out 50 students again. I would like the user to have the ability to save the form for later submission as well as possible editing the values in the saved form as well. I hope I’am making sense and appreciate greatly all help.
