According to Mandrill blog: http://blog.mandrill.com/ - (Update (3/16/16) Mandrill will be ported as an addon to Mailchimp.
On Mandrill dashboard account holders are informed to merge(port) their data to Mailchimp due date April 27, 2016.
The trick is: Only paid Mailchimp users can now use Mandrill(and prices are very high, 100000 email credits 1000$).
The best trick for you is: According Update (3/4/16) from Mandrill blog:
SparkPost has offered to take on any departing Mandrill users and to honor Mandrill’s pricing for those users.
So SPARKPOST give you free: 100000 emails/month.

After you made an account on SparkPost you must to verify you domain to can send emails (I've choose SPF record, add to my domain a TXT record with value 900 and in 15 minutes everything was done) all information's are inside your SparkPost account.
SparkPost account are very easy, very light and you'll have all reports about your emails: how many customers are opened your emails, bounces, accepted, delayed, engagement, etc. You can create lists too, templates, etc!
One trick: When you create an SparkPost API key save this key because for security reasons they show your API key only once!
I've check with formidable forms and send emails like a charm!

Thanks so much for sharing this. We are currently using Mandrill to send out all of our Formidable help desk emails and we haven't found a good alternative yet, we will certainly look into sparkpost. Thanks again.

I just switched over from Mandrill to SparkPost. So far, so good! I like that SparkPost allows sub-accounts that makes it easy to use with multiple clients.
