Setting all back-end Entries columns as sortable?

I only have a few columns set as sortable on my backend Entries listing. How can I have all the columns show as sortable?

use the "screen options" at the top to set what fields display in the back end.  check and uncheck.  after you hit apply, you may need to choose the form again from the dropdown on the left to actually see the changes you've made.  As for sorting, i believe its limited to ascending or descending.
