Setting up multi-factor filter

I have a form with two checkboxes that each have multiple options to select. Checkbox A and Checkbox B.  The form also contains two radio button Yes or No fields, Radio Button Z and Radio Button Y.

I want to create a view or views such that when an applicant selects any option in a checkbox and the radio button are set to No the applicants form will be presented in a view. Then when the radio button is set to Yes the view will no longer display the applicants form. For example if an applicant selects an option in Checkbox A and Radio Button Z is set to No then the View will display that applicant. Once Radio Button Z is set to Yes, the applicant will not be displayed by the View.
