Show form in a PHP file (Shortcode does not execute)

I've created a search form to show results from views - And I want to add this into the main WordPress Search Page as "Advanced Search" - However, the shortcode we use to show the form, well it's not spitting out the form, only showing as the actual shortcode. I don't see any documentation or public tickets to show us how to use PHP to display a Formidable form. Any ideas?
