I try to use
what they describe in section
"How to sort a view across multiple pages"
but i think that something is not working well
something i do wrong

You haven't provided us with enough information to help you.The image you attached is not showing links in the table header. A sortable view creates links in the table header.
Sorting is handled by PHP and should not have any impact on your CSS at all.
If you can add your view code to a pastebin, then post the link to the pastebin here, there's a much better chance that one of the community volunteers will be able to help you.

I solve the problem using as follow
<table class="minimalistBlack tablesorter">
the minimalistBlack is from css
and the table sorter is from the plugin
i didn t know thet can work together
So know everything works perfect
My litle problem is only in date field because i have " dd/mm/yy"
it cannot be shorted in year
In any case i must thank you for your answer
