Subject Line filling with code

When I am attempting to send an email with the information from the form, the Subject line is looking like this:

=?UTF-8?B?V29vZHMgU2l0ZSBDb250YWN0IC0gdGVzdCB0ZXN0IHRlc3QgYWdhaW4=?=

Instead of "test email test"

I have MailBooster installed and the log is showing the substitution. The emails are not going through.

Any suggestions why this is happening and how I can fix it?
