Submit button not submitting

Hello Community,

I've been using Formidable Pro for years and this is a first.

The submit button on this page is not submitting. http://pittransformed.com/industry-day-registration/

reCaptcha is not the culprit, the rest of the form (except for the plain HTML birthday picker) is plain-wrap Formidable.

Any ideas?

You have a jQuery error on the page that may be blocking the button from working properly.

TypeError: $(...).sideNav is not a function

The submit button is triggered by jQuery (Ajax). Broken scripts on the page can stop all other scripts from working.
