Text replaced by dashes in Firefox.

There's a weird issue happening and it only happens in firefox.  Any text in a dropdown field is shown as dashes.  I can see the different options in the dropdown normally, but if I select one of them I just see dashes in the field.

Any ideas why this might be happening?

You have the field padding set to 30px for top and bottom in a field that is only 46px high. You have to adjust the padding and also make the field taller.
