Troubles with zaps
Zapier don't want go to forward, after 4 filters… He stop after use 4 filters and don't use other 6 filters.
Support of Zaiper said it's a problem with Formidable.
How it works:
1. The person fills the form
2. Change some theme in «Choisissez un thème *» (= 1 on 10 filles or zaps).
3. Formidable sent info to Zapier.
4. Zapier work on 10 filters (10 zaps) and runs Zap when filters is matches.
Please see below 10 Zaps (10 filters by theme «Choisissez un thème *» )
Web page with form - rickrenner.fr/priere

Links to zaps:
1. Theme: I FEEL I NEED HOPE - zapier.com/app/editor/20115921
2. Theme: I AM STRUGGLING WITH TEMPTATION - zapier.com/app/editor/21011665/overview
3. Theme: I FEEL LONELY - zapier.com/app/editor/21012947/overview

5. But Zapier use only 4 zaps from 10 (in random order) and stoped. And don't go forward with other 6 zaps.

What exactly are the Zaps supposed to do? The zapier.com links are not displaying them to me (I think Zaps are private to the account that created them).
It looks like you're trying to get different things to happen based on what the user selects in your Theme dropdown. If so it may be possible to do this in Formidable itself without using Zapier, but I'm not clear on what your intended action is. Can you please describe what you're trying to achieve with this form?

Zapier actions is user unsubcribe and subscribe again for unlimited send automotion from MailChimp to subscriber.
We provide you access of our website and zapier accaunt for you'll understand how zaps working.

Hi there - Since this is a public forum, it's not recommended to post login information to your site and services. Let me suggest that you delete that information from your prior message here, and also change the passwords and/or delete the WP user that you had posted, so that others with bad intent do not take advantage of your site.
I was able to log in and look around a bit to try and help you out, however the Support login that you provided apparently does not give full admin access (which is good! since you don't want to give that out to a complete stranger like me :-) ) but that means that I could not see the Formidable form settings or your plugin list. From what I gather though, in looking at your Zaps, you may be trying to do things with Zapier that you can actually do with Formidable! If you already have the Formidable Small Business license then you probably can do most of what you need with the add-ons that are included, specifically the MailChimp add-on which works really well for subscribing users to lists. The native Formidable Form Action functionality will let you email users. I'm not sure how familiar you are with all of that, so perhaps you already tried to use that and it did not work? The first few steps on your Zap all could be done out-of-the-box by Formidable. It would be something like this:
Formidable form 5 go to Settings -> Form Actions
Create an Email Notification
Set up the message To fields to go to [email protected] and prier@elb
At the bottom, click the Conditional Logic link.
On the Conditional, choose If Choisissez un thème is equal to J’ai besoin d’espoir
This will send out the emails to those addresses only when the form is submitted, and only when your user chooses that theme. You can use the Conditional test for multiple themes, or if you need separate emails per theme, then you can create multiple Email Notifications on the form.
I don't know the entire setup that you need but perhaps that will help you to get started?
Also instead of Mandrill you can use the Formidable Actions Add-On here:
https://formidableforms.com/downloads/autoresponder/
I only know a little bit about Mandrill so I don't know if that's the best solution or not - maybe it is, I'm just not sure.
I apologize if all that I am suggesting is really basic! If you already tried using Formidable directly instead of Zapier and ran into trouble, perhaps you can describe why that didn't work for you?

Since we need the same email address to receive the email several times, adding this address via Formidable to MailChimp does not solve this problem. In MailChimp it is not possible to run the same chain twice for the first email.
The solution of the task of sending the same letter to one person several times is solved through Mandrill.
If we connect MailChimp through Zapier, the filtering goes on all conditions and there are no restrictions. But if we connect Formidable, the filtering goes only 4 times.
"Formidable form 5 go to Settings -> Form Actions
Create an Email Notification" - It's this part that does not work on the website.

Again, it's likely that I don't understand your needs, but Formidable alone seems like it could do a lot of this? You can send multiple emails to the same address by creating multiple form actions, one with each letter that needs to be sent.
Or, this could probably be done in Mailchimp. You can have one List in Mailchimp, but that list can have multiple List Groups. You could set up one List Group in Mailchimp for each of your themes. Then, you can send different emails to the same email address if that person has multiple themes assigned (meaning, they belong to multiple List Groups in Mailchimp). The Mailchimp Automation features let you do this.
Another way to do it in Mailchimp would be to have a custom field called "theme". Formidable can pass that value from the dropdown on your Formidable form into Mailchimp when it adds the email address there. You can also set up Mailchimp Automations based on a custom field, and you can trigger different emails to go out where custom field "theme" is a specific value, and based on a number of days after the user was added to the list (lots of other triggers available too).
From what you have described, I don't think you need Mandrill or Zapier for this - but maybe I still don't understand what your end goal is.

Zapier and Mandrill helps us to send automation to our subscribers unlimited quantity times and to sibscribe users on several groups of MailChimp list.

Good day sirs!
Do you have new information?
We bought your Zapier extension and would like it to work!

If anyone is having trouble with any of the Formidable products, then the best place to post is always on the Formidable Support site.
https://formidableforms.com/help-desk/
The forums look similar so it might be confusing - but this forum is for the community and it's users helping other users.
"We" over here are only other folk who have also bought the product! :-)
