Update link in Email noticiation

Hello,

I am trying to achieve the following:

I have created a simple form for website administrator that will let them create an entry

[Name]
[Email]
[Company]
[Approval] (will initially be left blank)

...then email to [Email]

The email notification need to have a clickable link that when clicked, will update [Approval]  field just their unique entry to "YES"

Is this possible?
