User Registration Error

I am using the User Registration add-on and any time I go to create or update a user I get the following error.

This page isn’t working http://www.specialhockeyinternational.org is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500

If I disable User Registration everything is fine. Any ideas what could be wrong.

I have now tracked the problem to a conflict with another Formidable add-on, Formidable GeoLocation. I had problems with that add-on from the start but have not yet heard back from their support.
