User Validation

Wow what a great platform! I'm very impressed with Formidable Pro. I'm not sure if I'm posting in the correct section. My apologies if not.

My Setup = After a customer purchases from us, I plan to use formidable to send them an email via our site. Let's call this congrats email & congrats page. I'd like this email to contain values that will then authenticate within our system. I'd like to make this as simple as possible right now.

My Questions =

1. Does formidable assign any values upon submission that are unique, maybe an entry id, that I can auto populate into an email? These values need to be unique & later searchable within a view no matter the amount of submissions that will occur, which will be 10's of thousands.
2.  Can I then, after assigning a unique ID per submission, validate another value against it? The plan would be to have a customer enter both a unique ID, AND a package code to be able to unlock the remainder of the form.

I'm open to any suggestions that may improve the process, including add-ons. I have entry level php & js skills and can input code snippets if needed. Please see an example workflow that I've imagined.

Customer Purchases > I use formidable to send them a thank you email in which I manually select the package code, but formidable assigns & populates a value to the body of the email for the customer to reference upon return to another form to complete the remainder of the on boarding process. > Customer visits the form to redeem purchase > Form is unhidden/unlocked/etc up successful matching of values within the system.
