Validate Password Requirements

Hi Guys

I'd like to make some changes to the required items for password validation. By default this is what is asked...

"A strong password is at least 8 characters long and includes a an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a character."

I'd like to exclude the need for a special character, is there something I can add to my functions.php file that will change the list of requirements?
