Validating Entries While CSV uploads

Hi all,

I would like to know if it is possible to prevent certain entries from uploading during csv import if the csv data does not meet the requirements, like what happens on the front end. For example, csv entries still manage to get uploaded even if the cell is blank for a required field. Currently, if a field is set to have only unique values, it only accepts unique values on the front end, but during csv import, it imports entries with the same value that might be in the existing entries. Any suggestions on how to validate fields during csv import?
