Value follow-up over several consecutive forms

Hi,

we're trying to use consecutive forms with follow up on values. The idea would be to have :

  • 3 consecutive different forms
  • each time, to have the email as a hidden field, same email each time

So if someone filled in the 3 forms, we ask for the email on the first form, and then the 2 other ones have the email as a hidden field.

Does anyone know how to do that?
