Volunteer Hour Tracking - Reporting

I volunteer as a Friend of Cloudland Canyon State Park (FOCCSP) a 501c3 non-profit. As a volunteer I want to automate a very manual process.

We have volunteers report their hours on our website http://friendsofcloudlandcanyon.org/volunteer-hours/ (I will be switching to Formidable Forms).

I would like to have the volunteer log in (then they do not have to pick their name) and see a screen that shows them their total volunteer hours (from when they started) and show them their volunteer hours for the current fiscal year quarter. If they try to enter hours for the same date and time I would like a message to pop-up showing them the entry that already exists.

I would appreciate any suggestions  on how to do this.

We have just published a guide on how to build employee time-sheets using Formidable.

It covers everything you mention with the exception of the pop-up for duplicate dates.
