what is the format of the options columns in wp_frm_field

Hi everyone, this is my first post, I would like to know what is the format Formidable uses to store the data in the options column in the wp_frm_field?

here is an excerpt of what I get :

Seems to be similar to JSON but not quite.. thanks for the help
