Why are my questions on my form disappearing?
I will apologize ahead of time stating that this is way out of my league to begin with. I am using the form for an adoption (dog) application. Although we clearly say to put N/A in the line if the question doesn't pertain to them most people don't (they leave the line blank) and when the form then is forwarded in an email the entire question doesn't show up. I then have to guess if all the questions were answered. Is there a way that the form doesn't delete a question that wasn't answered? Thanks!

Fran,
The easiest thing to do is make it a required field. Tell them to type in N/A if it doesn't apply. I've attached an example screen shot for you.
I'm sure you'll get NA, N/A, Not Applicable and variety of other responses. You'll need to figure out whether or not the typed in text applies.
I'd also suggest making all of the appropriate fields required to make it easier for you. That will keep you from getting an "incomplete" form.
If you cannot get it to work, please post another message... I'd be happy to help.
All The Best,
GoT
