Woocommerce downloadable products

Hello,

We are using Formidable Pro and the WooCommerce Addon for creating products and we are dealing with a problem we have tried to resolve without luck.

When we try to edit a product through the front end, the multiple file upload field which is used to upload photos to the product gallery, does not keep the previously uploaded images.

The products are downloadable and as I was told, in this case, a snippet is needed because the WooCommerce form does not work for downloadable products out of the box. Do we also need a snippet for the product image gallery? Maybe that's where the problem is?

 

 

I'm back with this same issue, as I have found nobody to help me out.

Any help will be appreciated.
