How Formidable is Used
Every university has a "Request for Information" form, but it is difficulty to get prospectivestudents to fill them out since they havve to be lengthy forms. So we have an awesome setup called "Texas Two Step". We have a really simple form on the homepage with just name and email, after they submit that form, thanks to formidable, we are able to send them to a longer form with the fields they submitted prefilled out and they can choose to fill out the rest of the info. If they don't, we still have their email and can contact them through that. Or we can follow up and ask that they fill out the rest of the form when they have more time. This has increase our "Request for Information" by double digits.
