About The Site
Great Old Broads for Wilderness is an information hub on the front-end for environmental and advocacy issues. On the back-end, our grassroots leaders use our custom tools to report volunteer activities and attend trainings, partners can collaborate on literature repositories, and staff can easily share resources.
How Formidable is Used
With Formidable, Zapier, and Google Docs we have a reporting pipeline that translates grassroots activities into complex reports, and we use custom views to make communications easy. In addition, with Formidable we have built a robust leadership training scheduler and RSVP system. Currently, we are using Formidable to create a literature manager for advanced research-based advocacy like generating fully cited alternatives on public lands issues with many cooperating agencies. And these are just a few of the numerous uses of formidable on our site!
They may be back-end uses, but they've improved our non-profit's efficiency and capacity tremendously. Thank you, Formidable!
