About The Site
This is an e-learning website which contains a series of 'e-workshops' which form a digital marketing learning journey.
The site is mostly aimed at startups / solopreneurs / small businesses on a modest budget who will benefit from learning digital media marketing.
How Formidable is Used
It has enabled me to create online 'workshops' as opposed to simply 'online courses': a much more 'active' learning environment which involves more than just watching videos and reading text.
Using Formidable allows me to 'virtually' coach users to respond to a series of questions using forms. The users are then presented back with their responses at the end using a 'view' which is linked to their user ID. They can then go back and tweak using the edit function as they improve their knowledge and skills.
Users do not need to have a pen and paper. All their notes are recorded on screen using whatever device they choose at the time, thanks to Formidable.
I use Formidable in conjunction with a Learning Management System plugin and together they create a website that I wouldn't be able to develop any other way.
