About The Site
Our church website is primarily for congregants and newcomers to find out event information and general information. For ease of access, I have posted our REQUEST FORMS on our external site as well, although their primary use is internal.
How Formidable is Used
We were able to streamline our internal workflow for communications projects, purchasing and facilities by creating forms that are not only contextual, but conditional. These forms ask the right questions and help to significantly shorten our workflow timeline by getting us the right answers and complete content for projects early in the process. It has changed how we work. Our clients think through their projects more thoroughly, and tend to get us content and requests to us earlier. This has had a positive impact on lowering stress level as well! While not the most captivating project I've ever worked on, it has probably had the greatest impact.
