Membership website for an LGBT community organisation based in the UK. Kenric organises central UK events, and promotes local and affiliate events. The website provides a membership hub where sensitive content is available to paid-up members, and a registration portal.
How Formidable is Used
Membership sign-up form integrated with the UK Direct Debit GoCardless platform and Filemaker database that is encouraging new and current members onto a rolling payment system to stem membership drop-off and turn the organisation around. It's a digital version of a complex print pdf to register current and new members, with contigency-based sign-up options and fee calculations. The sign-up directs either to the GoCardless portal or to offline payment notification page, with notification and database referral emails sent on submit. Sign-up also creates users who may then access a basic membership system allowing access to restricted site content.
