How Formidable is Used
Create a sign-up form for services that:
- Carries the URL parameters from pricing page to page 1 of sign-up that contains 2 forms. One with the basic fields and the other form with HTML conditional logic that displays the plan chosen on the previous pricing page. Due to the URL parameters.
- Once the form on page 1 is completed and Continue is pressed, it submits the form and moves the variable fields over to page 2.
- The user then completes the partially populated form on page 2 which also contains 2 forms and sends in a final submit. The second form is also HTML fields populates the plan same as on page 1 using the conditional logic.

- A partial submit is done on page 1.
- Active Campaign is used to monitor if they completed the sign up process. If not they get an email to complete the sign up
- The Zapier Formidable Addon is used to transfer the info Active Campaign and to our CRM.
