About The Site
Escapade is a fan convention that has been running for 27 years. The site provides information to potential members as well as the primary interface between the convention committee and approximately 150 attending members.
How Formidable is Used
Formidable, in coordination with WP and WooCommerce, tracks all information from information requests, through attendee registration, to many aspects of the convention (registering vids, art, dealers, collecting panel suggestions, panel voting, and presenting the 3-day, 3-track schedule to attendees). We use it to present reports to department heads, print forms for art show and auction, and to collect comments at the end of the event.
