This is a client's website. The Central Oregon Breeze company is the main bus service in Central Oregon. Their website serves thousands of people and needed to be as user-friendly as possible for all types of people.
How Formidable is Used
With Formidable, the minor child release forms are amazing. We can now have parents enter up to 4 children of different age brackets, be shown required fields specific to their age to fill out. Once done, the parent can sign the form digitally and then all that information is automatically pulled into a PDF and sent both to the parent, and to the company for the bus driver to have on file. Formidable makes the user experience so easy...and makes keeping track of things so much better for the company as well!
