About The Site
The site is about a 2 years old and we are currently working on the next version. The Ready to Play Now platform was originally designed to allow users and service providers both post events and activities. We wanted to make an easy way for people to share the opportunity to do the things they love with others with similar interests. There is a lot of competition in the social space and our new version is going to add some functionality and integration with existing social networks and user websites.
How Formidable is Used
On this site, the first things Formidable is responsible for is taking user input to generate posts that are later queried for display. We also maintain event data, user data, custom graphics urls and mapping data all with the intent to create and easy to use, easy to maintain and visually satisfying experience.
