About The Site
This is an institution, non-governmental, non-partisan and non-profit, which was created with the mission of spreading the Portuguese language and promote the maintenance of Brazilian cultural heritage among children and adolescents in the Brazilian community living in the United States.
How Formidable is Used
The foundation needed an Enrollment Form that would help parents sign up their children to attend free Portuguese classes. Parents would need to meet some criteria in order to fit the several classes available. Our challenge was to limit minimum and maximum ages in order to let the form be submitted. Thanks to the great support team of FormidablePro, we came up with a form that helped us building up a great database that covers all our location needs. And thanks to its great translation capabilities, it helps English and Spanish speakers to submit their applications so that their children can also take advantage of the free classes or Portuguese offered by the foundation.
