How Formidable is Used
We use Formidable on practically every site we build for clients.
However, on our own site, behind a Private login, we use it as a CRM tool to create and maintain prospecting leads.
We hook this up to SMS messaging and Calendar alerts so that we don't miss any promised callbacks.
Once those leads turn into customers, we use Formidable to track the progress of jobs, allowing us to keep records of all time and budget allocated to or used by the job.
All team members have a login access to the system, and once a job is finalised, it integrates with our accounting system, sending invoices and reminders as required.
We also use Formidable as our job-quoting tool, integrating it with the Prospecting CRM and the Job Management tool mentioned above.
We love the way that you can embed forms within forms, we love the way you can extract particular data from a field in one form so you can use it in another.
We love the way the conditional environment works - show various fields dependant on the state of other fields.
We also love the way form actions and notifications can also be conditional dependant on what's been chosen.
We love the way Formidable integrates with other platforms, seamless hooks to other APIs and the ability to make a simple form work so hard.
On top of all that, we love the knowledgebase and support blog, as well as the team at Formidable - they really know their stuff.
And just in case you think I work for Formidable, I can assure you that I don't. But if they asked me to, I'd be there in a heartbeat!
