About The Site
Watergate Farm are a farm based in rural Bedfordshire, who specialise in producing high quality turkeys ready for Christmas. Henry Hunt, Senior purchased Watergate Farm in 1924. Born into a Northamptonshire farming family, Henry trained as a Pattern Maker at Peter Brotherhood, a well-known engineering company in Peterborough. When war was declared in 1914, Henry along with many of his friends volunteered to serve King and country. He saw action at the battle of the Somme and many other battles of the Great War. Relieved to survive but proud to have served, Henry set out on his farming career.
How Formidable is Used
Using Formidable we have constructed an elegant, super-simple 'Turkey Chooser' form. The form asks visitors just a few simple questions in order to find them the right product to purchase from the online store. The form uses images for radio buttons and features a cute auto-scroll taking the person to the next field automatically. The submit button has been hidden as entries are not required. The last action the visitor takes is to click to buy which takes them to the appropriate product in the WooCommerce shop. For further information please contact Nick Amis (nickamis@entapris.com).
