A network of sites could benefit from sharing a set of templates. As long as it's a Formidable XML file, it can include anything: forms, views, styles, entries, posts, pages, custom posts. You name it. You can load and update your XML every time the Formidable database update is triggered.

Extract file name from uploaded file or text url

Strip url and replace with trimmed base name e.g. get 'myfile' from 'http:/www.mydomain.com/folder/myfile.mp4'
Works for upload fields by getting and using the actual upload file url rather than it's ID

will give you: 'myfile' or a full new url if you want to point to a different folder

'https://s3.amazonaws.com/mybucket_folder/wp-content/encodes/myfile.net'

Use Rules Based forms to create programs and processes for end users

My customer, and I assume yours, is not very savvy when it comes to communicating with their clients... I have generated a way for forms to be used that generate forms. By that I mean, I have an . . . account form that "registers" user fields like texting templates and links . They then can use those fields in another form to generate a text to someone.
