Insert [row_num] into your view content, and it will be replaced with the row number of that entry.
Use this code to display row numbers for a table View.

Add Field Total to After Content

This function will sum all values in a specific field, but it will only include entries that are displayed in your View. If some entries are excluded due to a filter, it will not include those entries. Insert [sum_x] in your View's After Content. Replace x with the ID of the field you would like to sum. You must also replace x in the code below (in 2 places) with this field ID. Also, replace 1066 with the ID of your View.

Sending Email Notification Only Once on Update from a Custom Display

Trigger an email notification with an update, not by creation. But the challenge is, we definitely don't want to send the notification every time we update their entry, because we update it a lot with . . . lots of information we don't want them to see (like whether they're getting an award or not).
