Add user dropdown

Use the code below to populate a dropdown, radio button, or checkbox field with all users of a specific role. This field will store the user's ID number, but it will display the user's display name in the field options. Make sure you select 'Use separate values' in the field options before adding this code. Change 'subscriber' to any user role and change 485 to the ID of the field you want to populate.

Prevent editing based on field value

If your form is set up to allow editing, but you want to disallow editing when a certain field value is submitted, use the code below. Change 45 to the ID of your form, 123 to the ID of the field to check, and 'Closed' to the value that will prevent editing.

Create/Update Form B when Create/Update in Form A is done (regardless of user or number of entries)

• When creating an entry in Form A, an entry in Form B will also be created
• When updating an entry in Form A, the corresponding entry in Form B will also be updated.
• This hook doesn't check t . . . see if the user is the same, or count the number of entries the user already has, so entries can be updated by other users.

The only thing it's not doing is adding data to any of the Form B fields upon update in the event the original entry's field was blank. I read somewhere in these forums on how to fix that, but haven't found it yet.
