Use this code to customize which date will be selected by default when a user pulls up the calendar. In this example, 20 years ago from today will be the selected date, if your calendar goes back that far.

Encrypted Fields

This will allow you to encrypt fields while at rest in your database. Data is obfuscated from views but can still be edited.

Entry ID in User Profile ONLY if Submitted

This allows you to create an Entry ID for a submitted form. It will update a field in the users profile. It will NOT create an entry if the form is saved as a Draft. A shortcode is created that . . . outputs HTML based upon the existence (or not) of the Entry ID.
