This code can be used to allow filtering of a View with a Dynamic field that contains UserIDs. This custom filter will make sure the User ID in the Dynamic field is equal to the current user. Sending Email Notification Only Once on Update from a Custom Display

Trigger an email notification with an update, not by creation. But the challenge is, we definitely don't want to send the notification every time we update their entry, because we update it a lot with . . . lots of information we don't want them to see (like whether they're getting an award or not).
