Hide a field when editing

Use this code to hide certain fields when users are editing forms. The fields will still be visible in the admin area when editing entries.

Prevent editing after 24 hours

If you would like to allow your users to edit their entry for a limited amount of time, you can add this to a child theme's functions.php file or the 'Code Snippets' plugin. Just replace 19 with the ID of your form and replace 24 with the number of hours that you want to allow editing.

Sending Email Notification Only Once on Update from a Custom Display

Trigger an email notification with an update, not by creation. But the challenge is, we definitely don't want to send the notification every time we update their entry, because we update it a lot with . . . lots of information we don't want them to see (like whether they're getting an award or not).
