This is designed to remove options from a dynamic field. The number of times the option can be used is set in the form the dynamic field pulls from. Add a quantity field in the linked form, and insert your limits there. Or if you would like all options to have the same limit, use the example above.

When the "Do not store entries submitted from this form" box is checked, but you are also creating posts, neither the entry or the post are saved. If you'd like the entry deleted, but the post to remain, do not check that box, but use this instead.

The following example will produce placeholders for the dropdown fields in a Credit Card field. Specifically, the Month and Year dropdown fields will read "Month" and Year".
