I expanded my previous shortcode to include minutes too! Use [25 add_hour=x] or [25 add_minute=x] or combine the two [25 add_hour=x add_minute=y].

Use this code to limit the maximum file size that can be uploaded from a file upload field. This will apply to all file upload fields.
