Hook Examples

Change the post parent

If you would like your created posts to have a parent, you can set it with this code.
See example >
Prevent 'Updated-At' From Updating on CSV Import

By default, whenever a CSV file is imported and form entries are updated, the "updated-at" timestamp is updated as well. The example below can be used to prevent the "updated-at" timestamp from being updated.
See example >
Send separate emails for a specific action

Use the code below to send a separate email notification for each recipient in a given Email Action. Replace 4933 with your Action ID.

reload window after 'frm-entry-update-field'

Reload the current window or a parent window after the 'frm-entry-update-field' has fired. Check the Ajax function has completed and then reload the window to see the change in the view.

Add user meta to a view

I created these two shortcodes so that I could add user meta to a view for a form that I did not plan to use for user registration.

I use the two together, but you don't have to. Here is an . . . example that I use to add a link to a user's twitter account. I had previously added a contact field for twitter to my site by using the hook add_filter( 'user_contactmethods', 'my_custom_contact_info' );

[if_view_meta user=[25 show="ID"] meta=twitter] [/if_view_meta]

Mind you, I'm new to coding so it is what it is. I'm sure you can improved upon it.
